01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you and 14phsky with respect to your use of the platform, including but not limited to all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer services, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support interactions. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the 14phsky platform in any capacity.

By creating an account on 14phsky, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are made available in English. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity in translation or interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail.

02 Eligibility

Use of the 14phsky platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during the period of your use:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Pursuant to PAGCOR responsible gaming regulations and applicable Philippine law, online gambling is strictly prohibited for individuals below the age of 21. 14phsky enforces this requirement rigorously and will conduct age verification checks at registration and upon withdrawal.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful.

• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 14phsky platform or any related platform operated under the same umbrella.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of 14phsky services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is strictly limited to one (1) registered account on the 14phsky platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, 14phsky reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 14phsky account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials — whether authorized by you or not — is your sole responsibility. You must notify 14phsky immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

14phsky is required to conduct identity verification on all registered players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. You agree to provide, upon request and within the timeframe specified by 14phsky, any documentation reasonably required to verify your identity, age, residential address, and ownership of payment methods used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in withdrawal restrictions and may lead to account suspension.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

14phsky accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, USDT, 7-Eleven cash-in, and GrabPay. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, funds sourced from a payment account that does not belong to the registered 14phsky account holder — are strictly prohibited. 14phsky reserves the right to reverse any deposit and return funds to the originating source if a third-party deposit is detected.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the same account, or to an account demonstrably belonging to the registered player. 14phsky aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method, verification status, and volume of pending requests. 14phsky reserves the right to impose daily and monthly withdrawal limits.

4.4 Currency

The functional currency of the 14phsky platform for Philippine players is the Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PHP unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the player.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional credits offered by 14phsky are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that specific promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds credited to a 14phsky account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified; failure to do so will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

14phsky employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: structured wagering designed to exploit bonus terms, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk bet combinations to satisfy wagering requirements while minimizing exposure, and any other conduct that 14phsky reasonably determines to constitute exploitation of promotional offerings. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided and may be subject to permanent suspension.

06 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The integrity of the 14phsky platform depends on all players participating honestly and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in any 14phsky game or system.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events, or any form of insider betting.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP masking technology to circumvent geographic or account-based restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses 14phsky staff or other players.

Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, 14phsky reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, void all pending bets, forfeit all balances, and take such further legal or regulatory action as it deems appropriate.

07 Intellectual Property

All content available on the 14phsky platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video content, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of 14phsky or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the 14phsky platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, publicly displayed, or otherwise used without the prior written consent of 14phsky.

14phsky grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to sub-license, resell, or commercially exploit any content or functionality of the platform.

08 Privacy & Data

14phsky collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully before registering.

14phsky may share player data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services as required by applicable law or as necessary to operate the platform securely. 14phsky will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 14phsky, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, unauthorized access to your account, or any interruption to the availability of the platform.

14phsky does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and unforeseen circumstances may temporarily affect access to some or all platform features. 14phsky will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

10 Responsible Gaming

14phsky is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to protecting vulnerable players. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from every player account, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available at no charge and can be activated at any time directly from the account settings panel.

11 Termination

14phsky reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct;
• The account has been flagged by responsible gaming monitoring systems;
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 14phsky; or
• A competent regulatory or law enforcement authority has directed 14phsky to restrict the account.

Upon termination for cause, 14phsky may forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where an account is closed at the player's request and no breach has occurred, 14phsky will process a withdrawal of the available balance to a verified payment method registered on the account, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations serving the Philippine market. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as designated under applicable gaming regulatory frameworks.

14phsky operates in compliance with the gaming regulatory framework applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction of residence.

13 Amendments to These Terms

14phsky reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 14phsky will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice displayed on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the 14phsky platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must immediately cease use of the platform and contact support to request account closure and withdrawal of any available balance.
